Mr. John William England Sr , age 90, of Chapel Hill, TN died Monday, Mar. 11, 2024. Born in Williamson Co., Mr. England was a son of the late George Alvin England and Katy Owensby England. John was a farmer and loved the outdoors where he enjoyed fishing and hunting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby King England; 2 sons, Mike England and Johnny England; and 14 brothers and sisters.
Survived by 2 sons, Ronny (Dee) England of Cottontown, TN and Donny England of Lewisburg, TN; 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; 2 daughters-in-law, Karen England and Tammy England.
Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2024, from 4 pm-8 pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 1 pm from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Visitation on Saturday will be from 10 am until service time. Burial will follow at Cothran Cemetery in Bedford County, TN.
