I am so sorry. He was a very special person. I'll never forget how good he was to me and my children. I was a young widow. He was so kind and thoughtful. You could tell he "felt" the situation too. He will be sorely missed.

To John´s family .... My husband Kevin and I were shocked to hear of John´s passing just today. John and his parents have been friends with our entire family since before I can remember. He was a thoughtful, generous and kind man. He gave us a limousine for our bridal party as our wedding gift so many years ago. He was like part of the family, especially when my Mom and Dad passed. John was there for us day and night. He will be missed by anyone who was lucky enough to know him. May he Rest In Peace ... Judy and Kevin Burns.

I knew him well since we were next door neighbors when my family lived at 330 Columbia St. I remember him fighting back tears as he shook my hand after they arranged for my father's funeral back around 2001. It was at Saint Agnes cemetery. He was a good and decent man.
