John Joseph Fertitta Jr.

John was born in Beaumont, TX to Johnny and Joyce Fertitta on August 28, 1953 and went to our Lord December 23, 2022. He moved to Houston in October 2012 and resided at West Oaks Village in Houston, TX where he made numerous friends. An avid player of cards, all kinds of games, John loved the local game room. He was well known among friends and family for remembering everyone's birthdays and phone numbers. His photogenic smile captured the hearts of family and friends he met. He is survived by four siblings, Jenny Anne Fertitta Bordelon (Rene Bordelon), Mary Margaret Fertitta Busceme, Conrad Fertitta (Gary Barnes), Darlene Fertitta Wade ( Teddy Wade), nieces and nephews Lauren Busceme, Sean Bordelon, Bridget Bordelon Polster and Joseph Todd Bordelon.
John, Jay as known by family, you left us unexpectedly but have given us all peace and comfort knowing that you've been reunited with Mom, Dad, Shelly and all your card playing relatives and friends. Till we all meet again by brother, bask in your eternal life of peace and happiness.
There will be a memorial service for John at a later date. Details to come.
