My condolences, Joyce and the rest of your family. I worked with Jon only a couple short years on a few trips with CAP. He made quite an impression on me...his good humor, his smile, his stories of family and horses and fishing. He was so good-natured, welcoming, candid. And real. We all really enjoyed our work trips more when Jon was there, and things were not the same when he retired. His camaraderie, his calming leadership was missed. We miss him even more now.

My condolences to you Joyce. I´m your Aunt Katie´s youngest. She and I and Aunt Rita attended your wedding in Tallahassee. A great event for me at just 14 years of age. Aunt Janetta spoke of John´s love of her books when Jane and I went to visit her a few years ago. I sent some photos to your sister and mom of the wedding so I hope you get them. Thinking of you and a great Air Force veteran.

John was a great co-worker and even better friend. He always had a smile on his face and a witty comeback. His energy will be missed greatly. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult period and I hope they can find comfort.

My sincerest condolences to John's family. He was a favorite member of our Compliance Inspection team. He shared many loving stories about his wife, his sons, their wives and his grand children. He loved his family dearly. It was an honor to know such a wonderful man. My heart and my prayers are with you. - v/r Norma Moreno
