Mr. John Curtis "Johnny" Gaddy, 68, of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.
Mr. Gaddy was born September 17, 1955, in Hogansville, son of the late Bennie Cleveland Gaddy and Betty Ann Bonner Gaddy. A 1973 graduate of Hogansville High School, he was a retired framing contractor and was a member of the Hogansville Golf Club. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed watching westerns and golf on television, and was a Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Survivors include his daughters, Casey and Charles Smith, Ginger Worthy and Brandon Harmon, all of LaGrange; grandchildren, Shaylee Smith, Mary Aislyn Smith, Cayla Worthy, and Chloe Worthy; sisters and brothers in-law, Theresia Wood and Donna and Tim Reynolds, all of Hogansville, Kristi and Larry McDaniel of Sharpsburg; and brother and sister in-law, Bennie and Brenda Gaddy of Barney.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 23, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jeff Duran will officiate and interment will be in the Corinth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Saturday, prior to the service.
