John is survived by his wife, Chris Geckler; daughters, Faith (Corey) Lanning, Valarie (Scott) Lizotte; grandchildren, Lindsey Ogdon, Britney Ogdon, Jonathan Ogdon, Stephen (Kaitlen) King, Hannah Ogdon, Jarrod Powell, Jr., Samantha (Manny) Lizotte-Gonzalez, Caleb Lanning, Liam Lanning; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Kenny (Judy) Geckler; stepdad, Doy (Denise) Cottrell.
A Celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Lizotte's home, 1087 Curtis Street, Burlington, WA. The family ask you to bring your favorite dish and story to share in the celebration of John's life.
