Norma June Geckler of Batavia, OH passed away March 27, 2025, at the age of 91.
Norma was preceded in death by her husband Jack Richard Geckler, mother Beulah M. Muhlbach, father Kenneth W. Muhlbach, step-mother Bonnie M. Muhlbach, as well as brother Nelson Muhlbach and step-grandson Coty Ray Nichols.
Norma was survived by her three children Chuck (Tina) Geckler, Linda Hays, and Brenda Geckler. Four grandchildren Josh Duffey, Nicole (Josh) Thorpe, Chelsea McLarin, and Lauren (Nathan) Termuhlen. Two Step-grandchildren Katrina (Adam) Houston and Eddie (Faith) Wright.
Four great grandchildren Brian Thorpe, Jolie Duffey, Emma Thorpe, Crosley Termuhlen and three step-great grandchildren Ruger Houston, Wyatt Houston and Nevaeh Wright.
She had the capacity to spread her love far and wide and treated not only her many nieces and nephews as if they were her own, but many others as well. She felt blessed to have Irene Blohm and Ray A. Geckler as sister and brother-in-law.
Norma lived the majority of her life in the Cincinnati area attending All Saints Lutheran Church where she has served as WELC treasurer, Altar guild, on Church council and the fellowship committee. She was also very active with the U.S. Health and Environmental Wives Club where she served as treasurer for many years.

A "Celebration of Life" is scheduled on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM visitation and 5:00 PM service at One Way Church 4650 State Route 132 Batavia, OH 45103.
Norma wants this to be a joyful occasion so please dress in spring colors.
