John Royce Hagaman, Jr., 62, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at his home. He was born in Athens, GA, son of the late Dr. John Royce Hagaman, Sr. and Norma Perry Hagaman.
John was a longtime Carolina's rep for Pro-Cut Brake Lathes where he led the Nation in sales production for many years. He was an avid drummer playing for several bands over the years. He had a lifelong passion for horses and promoting horse-related events. John was beloved by his customers and friends alike and he will be remembered for his love of people and building relationships.
He is survived by his brother, Mike Hagaman (Ronda); his niece, Taylor Hagaman; and his nephew, Casey Hagaman (Leah).
The family would like to express their gratitude to his caregiver, Lindsey Dover; his neighbor, Martha Miller; and to the staff of VIA Hospice for the care and support provided to John.

A service to celebrate John's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Stanley Pentecostal Holiness Church, Stanley, NC. Dr. Danny Penny will officiate. The family will greet guests after the service in the Family Life Center.
