John Harmon passed away peacefully on May 17th 2025 at the age of 60. He was born December 6th 1964 to Melvyn Harmon and Jan Harmon. John married and later divorced Regina Wilks mother to his 4 children.

John was an avid reader and a true fan of science fiction, a love he shared with his children, as well as classic black and white films and Horror films.

John was born in Salt Lake City but spent his youth in Las Vegas, Nevada where he attended Valley High School in Las Vegas.

John spent over twenty years in construction before returning to school to become a radiology technician-a job he loved. His dedication to both his work and family was evident in everything he did.

He is survived by his four children Steven Harmon (Stephany), Lofton Harmon (Randi), Cierra Herron (James), Amanda Harmon (Wyatt), his five grandchildren Aiden Harmon, Oliver Harmon, Tyler Dilly, Declan Harmon, Anthem Herron; His mother Jan Harmon; his Sister Rachel Olmedo; His brother Robert Harmon; And his nephew Gary Sandberg. John was preceded in death by his father Melvyn Harmon; His sister Melodie Sandberg.

A viewing will be held on Thursday May 29 from 5pm to 7pm at Spilsbury Mortuary at 110 S Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770, The funeral will take place on Friday May 30th with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30am with services beginning at 11am at the Spilsbury Mortuary with burial to follow at Washington City Cemetery.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
