John High Obituary
He was a dedicated chef at Exeter Pizza, where he was known not only for his cooking but also for his love of conversation-most often centered around the Patriots. John enjoyed cooking, playing Keno, and settling in to watch a game. Above all, he deeply loved his children and grandchildren.
John is survived by his two children, Justin High (wife Alisha) and Sarah High, and his two beloved grandchildren, Justin Jr. and Hailey. He is also survived by his siblings: Karen Lucas; Andrew Reilly; Dona Vellucci (John); Geri Ackerman (Joe Mollica); Laura Silva (Paul); and Judy Garside (Dennis), along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara (Whitmarsh) High, and his brother, David High.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 2, in West Warwick, Rhode Island at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 East Greenwich Avenue), from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., concluding with a funeral home service at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at North Burial Ground in Bristol, Rhode Island.
