John Hoffacker Obituary
Born in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late John Andrew Hoffacker, Sr. and Marion Joyce Krise Hoffacker. Following a career in defense contracting, John started his own cleaning service, before happily settling into retirement. John was an avid gardener, who loved being outside, playing in the dirt, and expressing his creativity building with whatever he found in nature.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three sons; Andrew Todd Hoffacker of York, PA, Maxwell Donald Hoffacker of Washington, DC and Adam John Hoffacker of Laurens; and a brother Brett Allen Hoffacker (Wynne) of Gettysburg, PA.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends at the mortuary immediately following the service.
