John is survived by his sibling Penny Glassman, Linda Howard, Kenneth Howard and their families.
Predeceasing him are his brothers Kenneth Howard, Jr. and Richard Howard.
Service and interment are private.
Arrangements are by the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Manchester, MD.
