He is survived by his wife, Charlene Huh. Also surviving him are his two daughters, along with four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Honoring Jack's wishes for simplicity, the family will observe his preference for cremation and no services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jack's memory to Dare County SPCA, or St Judes Children Hospital.
