John "Jay" Harrison Obituary
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clifton and Evelyn Harrison; uncles, Frank Abrams and Tom McRee; aunt, Minnie Abrams and his best friend, whom he loved like a brother, Mike Friday.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Ray Harrison; children and stepchildren, Kyndal Harrison, Chelsey (Emmanuel) Freeman, Nathan York, Alex York, Dylan York, Samantha Ray and Andrew Ray; grandson, Corbin Malcom Freeman and brother, Michael Harrison.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home with Pastor JB Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 6:00 p.m., prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in his memory to The American Cancer Society.
