Sorry to hear, such fond memories of Uncle John growing up....family visits at our homes in New Jersey, 'down the shore' in Manasquan and out to Oakbrook. Similar to all my Aunts and Uncles, though they all were unique with individual personalities and talents, they all shared the same priorities in life. Focus was totally on family and friends and their responsibilities to them, they served their country when called, rarely called attention to their accomplishments, more likely were to contemplate what they could have done better. True role models for a life well and properly lived - we were fortunate to have and continue to follow their example so we can all be together again. Photo is Manasquan 1958 with Aunt Joan.

Uncle John was always a nice uncle. He came to New Jersey and always got the family together. He always took us out to dinner and was very generous. He was nice to be around. I´m sure my mom will miss her brother John and I will miss uncle John as well. It was a blessing he lived such a long life to the age of 93.My mom Maryann always said he was a good brother and was kind to her when she was young as they were 6 years apart in age. Rest in peace uncle John.
