John Kinasz, Sr. Obituary
Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle, passed away September 30, 2025, at the age of 85 years. The son of the late Jacob and Lucille (Cooper) Kinasz, was born December 15, 1939, in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Patricia Hill on April 4, 1964; she predeceased him on March 17, 2019. John enjoyed woodworking, painting, working on cars, fishing, and going to the casino. He also loved paying cards with his family every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Surviving are two daughters: Evelyn Andrews and Mary Mathis; grandchildren: Jason (Monica), Andrea (Troy), April, Crystal (Eric), Jacob (Jen), Kyle (John), Shawn, Kevin, Ace, Adam, James, Chris (Amanda), Justin, Sondra; great-grandchildren; sisters: Rosemary Garcia and Betty Moffett, nieces and nephews: Jackie Guster, John C. Van Haaren Jr., Jim Van Haaren, Dawn Van Haaren, as well as other nieces, nephews, and family.
Along with his wife and parents, John was predeceased by his son, John Kinasz Jr., and four siblings.
Honoring John's wishes cremation has taken place.
