John Kump Obituary
July 3, 1960 – December 29, 2025
John found peace on December 29, 2025, at the age of 65 after a short bought with pancreatic cancer. John leaves behind 3 siblings, Richard Kump, residing in Stockton, IL, Ronald Kump, residing in Gold Bar, WA and Cynthia (Cindy) Ascher residing in West Bend, WI along with his brother-in-law, Ernst (Ernie) Ascher & sister-in-law Sharon Kump. He is also survived by niece, Melissa Luecke and nephews Matthew Kump and Timothy Ascher. He was preceded in death by his parents John & Alice Kump and nephew Chad Ascher.
John was a long-time employee of 39 years with Eaton Corporation as a Senior Electrical Engineer. He was a private person and took great pride in his outstanding education acquiring Bachelor of Science Degrees in both electrical & materials engineering at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee along with graduate level classes in computer science at Marquette University. John enjoyed the outdoors which included biking and hiking. He recently took up archery as a past time.
John will rest peacefully near his parents at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Family has chosen a private celebration of life to be held on a later date.
John you will be forever missed. You left us way too soon.
