In Loving Memory of John Charles McCauley
John Charles McCauley, a cherished soul, departed for heaven on Friday, December 15th, surrounded by his loving family. His peaceful departure marked the end of a life well lived, leaving behind the legacy of an earthly angel.
John was a proud graduate of the Rosemary Kennedy Center, showcasing his determination and achievements. An avid equestrian, he found joy in the connection with horses, embodying a spirit of grace and strength.
As a most precious brother, John is survived by his adoring siblings: Mary Louise, Kathy, Tricia, Tom, and Maureen. His love extended to being a most affectionate uncle to nieces and nephews – Jack, Desmond, Brendan, Christian, Kerry, Daniela, Shannon, Liam, and Ava Grace.
Beyond his immediate family, John leaves a lasting impact on his housemates and second family at AHRC's Woodpecker Lane. Though non-verbal, John had the unique ability to express boundless love, leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know him.
In the tapestry of our lives, John's presence has made us better versions of ourselves. His legacy of unconditional love will continue to resonate in our hearts. May he find eternal peace in the embrace of heaven.

I remember feeding John cake at Tom's 40th birthday party. The McCauleys were laughing because John had worked me over with his charming smile. They told me he was perfectly capable of feeding himself! I could not help continuing to spoil him anyway. He deserved it.
Rest in peace beautiful soul. To my McCauleys, you are the best siblings anyone could ask for. I am sorry for the void you will now feel. Keep filling it with memories. Love, Kerry
