JOHN McINTYRE Obituary
Beloved by his family, John joyfully grew up in Clifton Park, frequently telling stories of his childhood at Clifton Beach. He proudly served in the United States Army and often wrote home to his family telling them of his honor to serve. Of all his passions, golf was his absolute favorite. He played with family, friends, colleagues, and anyone willing to take on a fourth. He married the love of his life and had four wonderful children with her. He was loved dearly by his children and he loved them with his whole heart. John worked as a safety director and enjoyed taking his kids to his job sites to drive the trucks and show them his work. Of all his accomplishments, he was most proud of his three incredible granddaughters. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, humor, love of music, generational golf skills, and devotion. He will truly be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
MEMORIAL SERVICE FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2026 AT 7 P.M. AT THE ZEIS-McGREEVEY FUNERAL HOME, 16105 DETROIT AVE. LAKEWOOD, OH 44107. Interment private. FRIENDS RECEIVED AT THE FUNERAL HOME STARTING AT 4 P.M. FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2026.

Sad news. I spent a lot of time next door in the early 70s at Ritty S´s and across the street at Clyde F´s. John was always upbeat and a friendly and I have many Clifton Beach memories where he was with us. My deepest sympathies and prayers for him and his family.
