Messina, John J. Jr. "Butch" - Age 75, of Omer, died July 1, 2024. The family will have private services. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc.
John was born November 13, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of John J. Messina and Mary Madeline (McKenna) Messina. John enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. Surviving are: 3 sons, John J. Messina, III, Jeffrey John (Edith) Messina, James Joseph Messina; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister Sandra (John) Horhutz. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister Joyce.
