John is survived by wife, Elizabeth Bear Moore of Crockett; sisters, Lisa Sanborn Powell and husband, Jim of White Oak, Jennifer Burton of White Oak, Melodee Spicer and husband, Kerry of Georgia; brother, Tex Hudson of Granbury; half-brother, Stephen Morris and wife, Delana of Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John Robert and Amanda Bear of Fairfield; special friends, Mary and Eric Krug of Lovelady.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Macie James' home, 2199 FM 2915, Lovelady, TX at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2026.
