My mother Mai Bourke & the family at Ballyheane Castlebar wish to extend our sympathy to Dorothy & Mary & all the family on the death of Fr John.
Visiting the grave of his aunt Kate(Skeffington) and saying a prayer in the church in Ballyheane meant a lot to him as he felt close to his roots.
We will miss his Christmas cards and the kind words.
Slan Abhaile Fr John.

My children and I were saddened to hear of the loss of this gentle man.
Father Moran was there at all times when my family needed him. He said the prayers for my husband, S. Vincent Brown as Farrell's Funeral Home. He baptized my twins, Vincent and Denise at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church in Hampton. He married my daughter Denise to John O'Sullivan. He baptized my granddaughter Emily Brown who said immediately that she wants to pay her last respects to Father Moran and will be there at the church to say “goodbye.”
My sister, Wanda Sanborn, of Exeter enjoyed attending St. Theresa’s masses to see Father Moran.
We will miss him during the holidays when he helped at St. Thesesas’ Church.
We offer our sympathies to all of his family and friends.
My family will always be grateful to you, Father Moran.

My mother, Mary Bourque, who is now in a nursing home, asked me to offer her sympathies. She has many fond memories of Father Moran, including the occasions when he Baptized two of her grandchildren. Both of my parents and our family were very saddened to hear of the loss of this wonderful man. As long time friends of Father Moran and his family we would like to offer our sympathies to all of his families and friends. The world will not be the same without him. He was always kind, caring and giving to our family.
