John Neuhauser Obituary
John J. “Jack” Neuhauser, of Guilford, Vermont died on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, Mass. following a brief illness. He was 82.
He was the longtime president of Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont and before that a well-known and respected professor and dean at Boston College.
Family and friends will honor and remember Jack’s life by gathering for his Wake in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, October 8th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning, October 9th at 10 a.m. in Saint Ignatius of Loyola Church on the campus of Boston College, 28 Commonwealth Avenue, Chestnut Hill. A private burial will be held at a later date in his beloved Guilford Vermont.
