John was a friend of mine from college, St Leo in Florida. He was also a friend of my brothers who used to play basketball in Livingston. You could always depend upon John for a good time. He put people at ease, he made people laugh, he was a great friend.

We still kept in touch after college, but as life goes on And people move from the areas where they grew up we lose touch. I regret I didn´t get to talk to him before he passed.

May his soul soar with the angel.

John was such a funny guy growing up in Livingston. He could always make someone laugh. I wish I knew he had the wine store in Chatham because I would have loved to talk to him and follow up with some of his funny stories. God Bless Him and keep him. Bless his family for his loss. I just was told today 3/19 about his . Carol Villanova-Dailey

John was probably in my brother's home room in Livingston Hi School because we were grouped alphabetically: Bobby Nagy and John Nunez
Bobby predeceased John--Bobby was only 69.
Those two had a great class, the Class of '69.
It is always sad when a member of a close-knit
group leaves in this way.
I am sorry for the loss John's family is now and will forever feel missing John. Sounds like John had a well-lived life.

I have fond memories of John growing up as he was a friend of my older brother Robbie. Many good time´s visiting him and Henry at the Caldwell store and the the Chatham store. Always willing to talk and laugh about old times. Henry I am saddened to hear of Johnnys passing but I know if there is an afterlife he will be playing a round of golf with Robbie. Godspeed John.
