Naples - John Thomas O'Neill, born July 22, 1947, Rochester PA, passed away in the presence of his loving wife, MaryAnn (Dudash) O'Neill, on September 6, 2025, at the age of 78.

Resident of Naples Florida, formerly Wyomissing PA, Beaver, PA. and Monaca, PA.

Son of Thomas Louis O'Neill and Eleanor Zachodni O'Neill of Monaca PA, both deceased. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother David.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, MaryAnn (Dudash) O'Neill, daughters Amy Paulette O'Neill (Christophe), Mary Margaret Emmi (Peter), Julie Ann Strain, (Jack) and Son John Thomas (JT) O'Neill (Madur), Grandchildren Jaclyn (Jackie) and Michael (Mickey) Cordaro, Sophia and Peter Emmi, and Paul O'Neill Cherix and 5 step-grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Martin M. O'Neill (Donnette-deceased) and Thomas E. O'Neill (Cheryl), and sister Teresa Boord (Raymond-deceased). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their family and longtime friends who were very dear to him.

Vietnam veteran; honorably discharged from Navy Seabees.

John graduated from Monaca High School, Beaver Campus of Penn State University, Slippery Rock State College, and Geneva College.

Upon retirement as owner of Landmark Surveying of 28 years John enjoyed playing Texas Hold-em and visiting State and National Parks with his lovely wife of 54 years. In his words, "What a FANTASTIC way to end the journey!"
