John is predeceased by his parents Leonard Painting & Louise Cassidy, brother James Painting
He is survived by wife Deborah of 38 years, brothers Michael (Phyllis) Painting, David (Sarah) Painting, son Vinny (Jen) Lapiana, sister-in-law Fran Burnett, brother-in-law John Burnett, In-laws Gary & Pat Burnett; many close friends, cousins, nieces & nephews.
John graduated Rush-Henrietta class of "77"; long time resident of Henrietta. He retired from Printegra - Fairport after 43 years.; he loved wood working and was member of Elks Lodge & Moose Lodge; enjoyed watching football - avid Rams fan.
