Clark Pennington, age 68, passed away on Tuesday at his home in Brandon, surrounded by his family.
You were the strength of a mountain, that our lives were built upon. You were our protector, our advisor and our guide.
You always knew just what to do and what to say when we needed advice. Most important, you were ALWAYS there for us.
No matter what we did or how hard things became, you were always there to catch us if we were ever to fall.
Now a light from our household is gone and a voice we loved has been stilled. We will forever miss your stories, your laughter and the fun you always brought to our lives.
Thank you for all the late nights in the rocking chair, the adventures, walks in the woods and all of the love and support you gave us without hesitation.
You were love by many and will be deeply missed.
We look forward to the day we can sit on a porch with you in heaven, listen to your stories and hear you sing to us again.
You were a great man, a greater friend but you will forever be the greatest dad!
He is preceded in death by his dad, Buford Pennington.
He is survived by his mother, Doris Pennington; children, Tiffany Coca and Chase Pennington; siblings, June Jones (Buford) and Timothy Pennington (Ester) and a host of friends.
