John Phares Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
John was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a patriot who loved his country, fishing and golfing. But his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Phares, his children, Cathlyne Phares, Jim Phares, Trisha Faubion, and Scott Goetz, his grandchildren, Addison Goetz, Paislee Goetz, Christina DeVercelly, Tasia Faubion, Ashley Faubion, Richard Dowdy Jr., Cassandra Dowdy, Tiffany Faubion, Jacob Phares, Dillian Phares, his 10 great-grandchildren, and his best friend, Greig Rice.
He is preceded in death by his son, John Goetz.
A celebration of life will be held for John on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Martin Funeral & Cremation Chapel in Mansfield, Arkansas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Martin Funeral & Cremation – Mansfield.
