John "Porky" Hilbert Obituary
John Richard Hilbert, 57, Peru, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at his residence.
Born April 22, 1967, in Silver Springs, Maryland, he was the son of Richard M. and Helen E. (Lockwood) Hilbert. On December 8, 2007, in Silver Lake, Indiana, he was married to Beth Ann Sherk, and she preceded him in death on June 1, 2023.
Survivors include two brothers, Paul (Sally) White, Cookeville, TN; and Robert S. (Jean) Hilbert, Peru; several nieces and nephews; special cousin. Clinton Stapleton; and his fur babies, Jack and Little Joe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Helen; wife, Beth Ann Hilbert; and one sister, Terry Loveless.
A time of visitation and reflection will be held from 4-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at McClain Funeral Home, Indiana. He will be laid to rest in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Twelve Mile.
