John “Steve” Reasor, age 75, formerly of Duncan, OK, passed away peacefully on May 06, 2025 in Yukon, OK. He graduated from Duncan High School and attended OSU in Stillwater for a short time. Steve was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Duncan, OK until he became ill in September of 2021 and moved to Yukon, OK to be with his daughters.
Steve spent his life as a parts salesman, specializing in auto parts and commercial truck parts. He was an avid fisherman throughout his life and loved to be on the water sunup to sundown. He enjoyed camping and spending time with his family. He was a kind and loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Preceded in death by his parents John and Mary Reasor, sister Linda Akins, and ex-wife #1 Pamela Timmons.
He is survived by his very supportive friend since childhood, Vicki Zimmerman; his daughter Karen Brown and husband Ronnie; daughter Cynthia Merritt and husband Gary; lovingly “adopted” daughter Angela Trammell and husband Jason; sister Kathy Tucker and husband Bill; ex-wife #2 Jean Reasor; grandson Brett Williams and wife Shelby; grandson Kevin Williams and partner Tiffany; granddaughter Taylor Fields and husband Kent; granddaughter Adrian Williams and partner Zack; granddaughter Ariel Coder and husband Ricky; granddaughter Hunter Merritt; granddaughter Hallee Merritt; great-grandson Damian Lyons, great-granddaughter Harley Coder, great-granddaughter Ellie Coder, great-grandson John Coder; great-grandson Ryder Fields; niece Angela Cooper; niece Kelley Tennyson; and nephew Shane Campbell. He is also survived by numerous friends and family not mentioned above.
The family would like to express their thanks to all the friends and family members, current and ex, that loved and cared for Steve. Also, to Loving Care Hospice and OK Cremation for the amazing help and care they provided.
