John David Rodgers

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of John David Rodgers, who left this world on February 2, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on February 22, 1951, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Leland and Jean Holliday Rodgers.

David embodied the spirit of a true Southern gentleman throughout his life.

David dedicated his life to helping others as a pharmacist at CVS, where he used his knowledge and caring nature to support his community, which paved the way for his successful career in the medical industry. He was known for his quiet demeanor and sharp sarcasm, traits that endeared him to friends and family alike. Above all, David loved spending time with his family. He was also a doting grandfather.

His memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of his daughter, He is survived by daughter, Adrienne Kathleen Biediger; son-in-law, Charles Robinson; grandchildren, Zane and Brooklyn Biediger; sister, Rachelle Knight (Tom).

The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. at Whistle Stop Cafe on Sunday, February 22, 2026, which is also his birthday.

As we remember David, let us celebrate the life he lived-marked by love, laughter, and a quiet strength that inspired those around him. He will be dearly missed but will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
