John W. Schneider Jr.

John W. Schneider Jr., age 67, of Dormont. Passed unexpectedly surrounded by his loved ones on November 11, 2023.
Beloved husband of Renea (DelPercio) Schneider for 46 wonderful years. Loving father of Hallie Schneider and Steven (Megan Guynn) Schneider. Dear brother of Janice (David) Callender. He is also survived by his Aunt Helen Clarke; Mother in Law Louise Delpercio; Brother in Law Raymond DelPercio Jr.; nieces, cousins and many friends who adored him. He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia Clarke and Father in Law Raymond DelPercio. John will be dearly missed by his loving dog Daisy and his granddog Duke.
John was a laborer and later on Foreman for the Dormont Boro Street Department for 45 years. He could fix just about anything, most would consider him to be a jack of all trades. John would go out of his way to help anyone. He will always be remembered for his loving, caring, patient, friendly, and quick-witted personality. John was a devoted and loving husband, father and friend. He was a best friend to his wife and children and he will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
The family would like to thank the treatment team and nurses at Hillman Cancer Center, and especially the front desk greeters, Cheryl and Theresa, for all of their kindness given to John.
