John Robert Selent, age 73 years old, of Flemington Borough, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, New Jersey.
Born on August 14, 1952, in Somerville, NJ, John was the son of the late John Selent and Aniela (Zawislak) Selent.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, John served honorably during the Vietnam War era.
John devoted his professional career to the field of auto repair as a mechanic.
He is survived by his son, Raymond J. Selent, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Cremation was private. Interment in a national cemetery will take place at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ 08822.
