He was preceded in death by his brother; Ricky Shackles, sister; Shelby Jean Shackles
He is survived by his mother; Mary Phyllis England, wife; Jeanette Shackles, sons; John Allen Shackles, Jr., Franklin Shackles, brother; Larry Jordan, sister; Terry Marcum, step children; Breann Welch and Jonathan, Ashley Jordan, several grandchildren, neices, nephews and a host of other loving neighbors and friends.
Graveside services for Mr. Shackles will be conducted Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 1PM in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro, KY.
