John C. Stavron (AKA) Jack, 93, of Foley, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept 22, 2025, surrounded by his family, at his residence. He was born in Chicago, Illinois to John and Elizabeth Stavron. Jack grew up with his sister Dorothy, who preceded him in death. The family lived in St. Louis and his parents owned a gas station and a confectionary store. After his formal schooling, Jack also helped his parents with both businesses and later worked as a truck driver. He met his future wife, Carol Kincaid, while they were both in school. The couple eloped to Arkansas where they were joined in Holy Matrimony. Together they raised four sons: Thomas, Richard, Donald, and Johnny. Jack was a very hard worker and was employed as a heavy- equipment operator at Saint Louis International Airport. After many years of dedicated service, he began working for the City of Saint Louis taking care of their heating and cooling systems in the courts buildings and the Kiel Auditorium. He had always been a good provider for his family. Jack was an interesting man who had many pastimes such as cars, coins, racing go-karts and listening to short wave radio. He was an avid reader and loved to read, especially books on health. He took excellent care of his wife Carol who he had been married to for over 76 years.

Surviving is his beloved wife, Carol Stavron; his son Johnny F. Stavron; his daughters-in-law, Judith Kelly, Maureen Donaldson, and Kathy Stavron; his 11 grandchildren and his many great-grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Bragg and his three sons: Thomas Stavron, Richard Stavron, and Donald Donaldson.
