Born in Westerly, he was the beloved son of Kristen Jordan of Hope Valley and John W. Sullivan, Sr. of Emporia KS.
John enjoyed computers and collecting magic cards.
In addition to his parents, John leaves behind two children, Jordan Sullivan and Brooklynn Topham; three brothers, Matthew Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan and Mark Sullivan; maternal grandfather Robert Jordan; Godmother Susan Deniger; and several nieces, nephews, aunt and uncles.

Was a friend of Sully we were friends since middle school and worked together also he loved his daughter and he loved playing magic the gathering he was a good friend gone to soon but I will never forget RIP Sully

John was the son of my first friend ever in Shannock Rhode Island, Kristen Jordan. I talked to John a couple of times because I was going to donate a kidney to him but while I was going through the process I found out I was anemic and that disqualified me. Just the few times I talked to him he was such an inspiration to me and amazing to talk to. Never giving up and always so positive and caring. Just like his momma. One day when I do actually get to meet you John, I know you are going to be the most amazing young man I imagined you were in my mind. RIP and give your grandmother a big hug for me. She was an amazing lady.
