John David Tinch, age 51, left this world in the early morning of June 21, 2025 at Roane Medical Center. He had some heart issues and just was not able to pull through it.
John leaves behind the love of his life of 32 years, Diana (Hackney) Tinch. The two of them had been high school sweethearts since the age of 15/17. John and Diana were “The Couple”. Always together, and so much in love with each other. They married on July 17, 1993.
John and Diana had 3 sons that meant the world to them. Shawn M. Tinch (fiancé Kelsey Crabtree) and grandson, Brody. Ethan John Tinch, and Ashton David Tinch (fiancé) Bailey Powell); 1 beautiful daughter Maggie Daugherty Tinch who made this family complete. John loved his life and children more than anything and always was there to make sure they had all they needed and was so very proud of them. John had 2 sisters Kellie A. Slaven and Sarah Seiber who he was very close with and always shared a special, unbreakable bond with. Nieces and nephews Misty, Kristina, Riley, Zach, Olivia and Millie; special aunts Sharon, Laurel, and Ruby; cousins Stephanie & Eric Williams and Darsie & Steve Wohler.
John was very much loved by all that knew him, and he had a calming nature about him. He enjoyed spending time with the family and liked all kinds of music. He was a huge history buff and spent alot of time working on cars (mostly his).
John will be so missed and always remembered for being such a kind soul. We all love you and will be waiting to once again listen to your wild stories.
The family is honoring John’s wishes for cremation and no services will be scheduled at this time.
