Heaven watch out … John is on his way. Born in Chicago, he passed away peacefully in his home.
After 26 years, he retired from Salt Lake Fleet Management as a Senior Mechanic. He enjoyed water-skiing, motorcycle riding, & making home-made wine for family & friends. He cherished the times he spent with his family, near and far – from Oregon to New York, in Hawaii, & through video-chats to Germany.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nancy. His children: John Martin Regner (Germany), Deanne Phelps (deceased), Lisa K. Lundquist (& Adam Kochel, fiancé), DeMerce, (Dee Dee) & Shyloh Robinson, Ken & Maggie Leatham. His brother & sister: Rick Torres (deceased), Dee & Jim Rosser. His grandchildren: Josh & Samantha Sims, Jennica Sims, Jeremy Phelps. And several nieces & nephews, including his favorite girlfriend Ms. Fern.
The family expresses their gratitude for the services provided by Intermountain Health Home Services; with exceptional care from Eric, Becky, Noemi, Rob, & Mario – as well his neighbors Jesse, Steve, & their families.
Family & friends will gather at Larkin Sunset Gardens in Sandy, Utah on Friday August 8th from 6-8pm to celebrate & remember their shenanigans with John.
