John Tronolone

John Tronolone, of Rochelle Park, formerly of Hackensack, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the age of 85. Born in Hoboken, NJ. Graduate with Masters from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Before Retiring, John worked as a Production Planner at Pfizer. John was a parishioner for over 50 years at Holy Trinity Church in Hackensack, NJ; and then a parishioner at Sacred Heart in Rochelle Park. Member of the Knights of Columbus, involved with Cursillo, led various prayer groups and did volunteer work with local homeless shelters. Beloved Husband for 35 years to Elaine (nee Weiland, Macchione). Loving father of Tracey Tronolone and her significant other Jose Alfaro and Kerri Tronolone. Stepfather of Frank Macchione, Joseph Macchione, Steven Macchione and Bruce Macchione. Cherished Grandfather of 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren. Dearest brother of Joseph Tronolone.
Visiting will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 10:30 am, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, followed by Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart R.C. Church at 11 am. Located at 12 Terrace Ave., Rochelle Park. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery Hackensack.
