Born May 9, 1952 in Pitcairn, he was a son of the late Lawrence Trunzo & Julia (Troy) Trunzo.
John was a 1971 graduate of Kiski Area High School. He lived in Vandergrift all of his life.
John enjoyed listening to oldies music.
John is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kimberly J. (McComb) Trunzo of Vandergrift, and his brother, Gerald L. (Wendy) Trunzo of West Vandergrift.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Brady-Curran Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 429 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift. Private entombment in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell, at the convenience of the family.
