John Thomas Turner III, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Cindy Turner; cherished son of the late Lee Bettie and John Thomas Turner, Jr. Devoted father of Dustin (Erica) Turner, Natalie Turner and Nathan Turner; father in-law to Tabitha Turner; loving grandfather of Dillon Turner, Evan Turner, Sadie Turner, and Madison Turner; dear brother Cheryl McDaniel and Charles Turner; treasured uncle of eight nieces and eight nephews; nephew of Paul (Vicki) Turner and Lynne Turner Fortner. He is also preceded in death by his son, Cliff Turner.
John proudly served in the United States Army. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and bow hunting and traveling. John was a skilled archer, competing in multiple tournaments, and liked to teach his skill to his children and grandchildren. He was a hardworking and supportive husband, father, and grandfather and he loved his family more than anything. John was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in John's name to American Cancer Society.
