John Dale Wanbaugh, 58, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away on June 7, 2025, in Siloam Springs. He was born March 10, 1967, in Gravette, Arkansas, to Marion Wayne Wanbaugh and Hazel Mae Shields (Wanbaugh).
He was preceded in death by both parents; sister, Janet Howell; brother, Jeff Wanbaugh; grandparents: Clara Mae Cramer, Lee Cramer, and David Shields.
John is survived by his son, Cole Stephens; daughter, Courtney Bagwell; sister, Debbie England and her husband, Paul, of Siloam Springs; brother, Steve Wanbaugh, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; aunt, Mary Wright; and cousin, Gena Rutherford.
