Virginia "Jean" Maxine Gabert transitioned to her heavenly home on October 8, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Jean was born in Prague, OK to Edward Bray and Jewel Rowell on August 23, 1943.
Jean worked at Franklin Electric in Siloam Springs as the benefits coordinator from 1969 to 2002, retiring after 32 1/2 years.
Jean married Barry Gabert on May 30, 1981, in Siloam Springs, AR, and they were married for 44 years at the time of her passing. Jean loved bird watching, gardening and gospel music, and attended Trinity Pentecostal Church.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Bray and Tommy Bray; sisters, Ethel Dunton and Irene Phillips.
Jean is survived by her husband, Barry, of the home; her sons, Rob Reed, of Hot Springs, AR; Tommy Price (Carmen) of West Siloam Springs, OK; Jim (Diane) Gabert, of Crestview, FL; Perry Gabert of Waco, TX; Cody (Paula) Gabert of Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandchildren: Tristan (Aaron) Wilson; Kalin Reed; Tyler Price; Wyatt Price; Arianna Price; Beth Ann Gabert; Cassidy Wadley; Judy Lee Gabert; Keeley Chandler; Kelsey Gabert; Haley Yarborough; Brittany Rafael; Sydney Bates and Justin Gabert; great grandchildren Malea, Asher, Annalee, Addison, Rylie, Rebecca, Blair, Asa, Boone, Lawson, Jada, Isaiah, Karma, Teagan, Wednesday, Audrey, Loomis, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
