John was the owner and founder of Lines by J.T. He loved motorcycles, fishing and golf. John loved the Lord, Jesus Christ; he was caring and big hearted and determined to make others laugh.
He is survived by his sons, David Wilson and wife, Lisa of Austinville, VA and Christopher Ray Wilson of Salisbury, NC; brothers, Jim Wilson and wife, Pam of Clayton, NC, Tommy Wilson and wife, Sherry of Martinsville, VA and Bill Wilson of Palm Coast, FL; sister, Susie Stringer and husband, Terry of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Hailey Wilson, Brayden Ridpath, Collin Wilson and Cameron Wilson; several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 at Endless Possibilities Church beginning at 3:30pm with Rodney Christman officiating. Burial will follow in the John Wilson Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 1:30pm until 3:30pm.
