John Thomas Zarzycki, 67 of Canton passed away on December 31, 2035. John was a devoted husband, father, brother, and community member whose life was marked by service, faith, and a deep commitment to family. He was a longtime parishioner of Saint Peter Chanel Catholic Church in Roswell, Georgia, where he was actively involved in parish life.

John attended C.W. Post in New York for his college education. His professional journey included meaningful work with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, contributing to the success of the 1996 Olympic Games. He later founded and operated his own sports marketing company, Rights Marketing Group, where he combined his passion for athletics and business.

A dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, John served both at Saint Peter Chanel and within the State organization, offering his time and leadership generously. His love for sports extended into the community as well, where he served as the President of the Creekview High School softball Booster Club, as well as, coaching travel baseball for the Georgia Jackets, positively influencing countless young athletes.

John is preceded in death by his parents, John and Jean Zarzycki, and his sister, Kathleen Ronan.

He is survived by his wife, Kristen Zarzycki; his children, Caroline Zarzycki and John Zarzycki; his sister, Eileen Pagano, and brother in law, John Pagano; and John Ronan.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 29 at 10:30 AM at Saint Peter Chanel Catholic Church 11330 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075. A reception will follow at the church immediately after the service. In Lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made to the Shepherd center foundation https://shepherd.org/support-us/.
