Johnathan Hernandez-Perez Obituary
Jonathan, a beloved individual, is survived by his wife, Jackie, and their children, Jarlin, Jocelynn, and Estephanie. He was cherished by a wide circle of friends and family.
He was a devoted son to Rogelio Hernandez and Leticia Perez, and a cherished brother to Jose Ernesto, Hugo Victor, Juan, and Rogelio.
Jonathan's impact was profound, touching the lives of many who held him dear. He passed away on the morning of September 25, 2025.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2nd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 634 Caveman Road, American Fork. Interment to follow services at Orem City Cemetery.
