Johnna S. Phillips, 76, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, passed away on November 9, 2023.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. and her final resting place will be at Barrancas National Cemetery. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. and Allen Williams of Davis Watkins will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Davis Watkins Funeral Home.
Johnna was born in Evansville, Indiana on February 24, 1947. She attended Vogel Elementary School and North High School.
Johnna was married to the love of her life, Thomas W. Phillips on February 26, 1994; they were married twenty-nine years.
Johnna worked for The United States Federal Civil Service for thirty-four years and retired as a Director of Air Force Housing GS-13. She enjoyed traveling in her recreational vehicle with Tom and was active in her church in Centre, Alabama, Ebenezer United Methodist Church. She traveled the world as a military spouse and enjoyed exploring new places. Amusement parks and roller coasters were a favorite activity she enjoyed with her daughters, Angie Clark and Mary Defatte.
