He was a lifelong native of Robbinsville, born November 18, 1949, to the late Tommie and Elloree Hardin Holloway. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Amy Elizabeth Holloway and his brother, Larry "Butch" Holloway.

Harrison Served in the United States Army under the 1st Calvary Division during the Vietnam War. He was a decorated serviceman who served his country well and with the highest respect. During his service he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Bronze Star medal and Combat Infantryman's Badge.

He loved serving the Lord in his heart, in his home, and in church where he spent years as a dedicated member and treasurer of Buffalo Baptist Church.

Anyone that knew Harrison knew of his love of fishing, and Black Knight and Alabama football. But his greatest love was his grandchildren; his best role was being "Papaw" to all of them.

Holloway of Ruskin, FL; grandchildren, Jakob, Lukas, and Jeremiah Phillips of the home, Corey, Will and Collin Holloway, Emily Thornhill, and two great grandchildren, Blake Haynes and Ivory Smith.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the Townson-Smith Chapel. Reverend Noah Crowe will officiate. Pallbearers will be Josh, Corey, Will, Jeremiah, Anthony, and Jorge.
