Johnson Drumwright Obituary
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings: Daffodil Lawson, James Theodore Drumwright, Katherine Handy, Cleo Link and Thomas Drumwright.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his siblings: McDonald Drumwright (Laverne), Clyde Drumwright (Phyllis), Shirley D. Satterwhite (Reggie), Kelvin Drumwright (Denise), Velma Drumwright, Colleen Burgess (Joshua) and Todd Drumwright; sister-in-law, Arlene Johnson Drumwright of Timberlake; brother-in-law, Arthur Handy of Baltimore, Maryland; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 at 12:00pm (noon) at Cunningham & Associates Funeral Services with the Reverend Selena Bostic, Pastor at Bailey's Chapel A.M.E. Church, providing the eulogy. Burial will follow at the Johnson Drumwright Family Cemetery, 6667 Woodsdale Road, Roxboro, North Carolina 27574.
Visitation will also be Friday at the funeral home from 11:00am to 12:00pm (noon) when his body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
At other times, the family will receive visitors at his home, 6667 Woodsdale Road, Roxboro 27574.
