Joleen loved to cook and take care of her children. She was an avid advocate for Down Syndrome. Mrs. Heath worked at Sears for 22 years. She attended Gonzalez Baptist Church as long as she was physically able.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jason Armstrong.
Joleen is survived by husband, Curtis Eugene Heath; son, Jacob Heath; daughter, Tamara Armstrong.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 5, 2024, 9:00 am - 10:00 am at Crestview Memorial Funeral Home, Adamsville, AL.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024, 10:00 am at the Crestview Memorial Funeral Home, Adamsville, AL.
Burial will take place in the Crestview Memorial Gardens.

My memory of sweet Joleen was being neighbors in Florida we would talk and laugh over the fence,soon we became very close and became sisters .i love will remember her kindness and love for other people and her husband Gene,and her sweet son Jacob,and beautiful daughter Tamara.i will remember her all my life.
